Had a bad experience and feel cheated by Reception staff

Only advantage is that this is on main road and on center location of Jabalpur. Over priced rooms and rooms were old not cleaned and had mosquitoes. The only resort I saw where they gave Free Water Bottle during CheckOut, not sure who gave this foolish idea to their Mgmt. During stay, I requested for Water Bottle which generally all Resort provide complementary (1 or 2 bottles daily) and they charged for that and during check out they gave me Free Water bottles. I finalized some rate with the person who was sitting at the reception and during check out that person did not agreed on the discussion and charged more that finalized rate with me. Overall I really had a bad stay and will never refer anyone for this

Staff is so rude like they are providing free services. Specially GM Mr partho is like road side goon. Never recommend this hotel for stay or even dine in.They don’t know how to talk with customer. Very rude behaviour. Pathetic staff. No cleanliness.

I have paid 2800 INR per day for AC Dilux room but room size is very small. We have requested the hotel to replace with proper size but hotel said that they don't have good size of rooms. Also room cleaning is missing My suggestion to avoid this hotel.

Food is good but the service is not up to the mark . We waited long for a paneer sizzler. Service have gone very down . Even for water I had to ask thrice. The order served was wrong , which took another 15 minutes to come.

A very nice place to visit. Food was very delicious & fresh. A bit parking issue due to it's presebce in running streets. Fully vegetarian. Fit for personal as well as professional meets. One of the best hotels of Jabalpur.
